Latest Boxing Rating

The latest boxing rating is based on a number of different criteria. Among them are results, accomplishments and track record. It is also based on the quality of the opposition the fighter has faced. The ratings are determined by the Editorial Board of THE RING magazine and its Panel of boxing journalists.

Jesse Rodriguez moves up from a previous ranking of 29

Jesse Rodriguez has moved up to the No. 2 spot in the WBN boxing rating after a dominant performance against a highly-rated opponent. The 29-year-old made his pro debut in 2017, but his record goes back even further. He has fought 56 times in 237 rounds.

Rodriguez is the youngest WBC super-flyweight champion in history. His next opponent will be a 35-year-old Thailand fighter named Srisaket Sor Rungvisai. The two will battle at the Tech Port Arena in San Antonio, Texas, and it should be a great test of boxing skills and sheer firepower.

Terence Crawford drops one place to accommodate Naoyi Inoue

Terence Crawford moves up a spot in the rankings to No. 2 after his victory over Nonito Donaire. The WBO champion and former cruiserweight champ has only eleven fights. Meanwhile, WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury drops from No. 3 to No. 2. In addition, newly crowned heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk leaps from No. 8 to No. 3. The WBO welterweight ruler is Errol Spence Jr., while lightweight contender Tank Davis is debuting in the pound-for-pound rankings.

Terence Crawford is a เรตมวยล่าสุด three-division champion, but he isn't considered the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. Inoue, a Japanese fighter, has dominated lower divisions. While the Filipino fighter is the current king of The Ring Magazine's rankings, Crawford is the best of the best in his weight class. Naoyi Inoue's victory over Canelo has robbed Canelo of his claim as the best fighter in the world.

Newly crowned champions don't appear in the top 15

In boxing, newly crowned champions do not necessarily appear in the top 15 boxing ratings. Newly crowned champions may not appear in the top 15 rankings depending on the sanctioning body. Rankings are based on the performance of fighters and are often subjective. Several major sanctioning bodies have their own rules and criteria.

The list of boxing ratings is updated once a month. Different governing bodies favor different times for releasing these rankings. The IBF usually releases its rankings in the first week of the month, the WBC in the middle of the month, and the WBA releases its rankings at the end of the month.

Fighters who haven't competed in the past 15 months will be dropped from the rankings

The latest boxing rating will be released on Tuesday, with fighters whose last fight was at least 15 months ago removed. Newly crowned champions will still be listed, but fighters who have recently lost their titles will be dropped from the list. Rankings for fighters are determined by a selection committee, made up of judges from the major sanctioning bodies. These judges rank fighters according to rules set forth by the organization and subjectively. Each major sanctioning body has its own criteria, but they share a few general guidelines.

New boxing ratings are updated once a month. The IBF and WBC release their rankings in the first week of the month, while the WBA and WBC release their ratings around the middle of the month.
